Contact airalo for assistance. Is this normal as I’m not in turkey yet? I’ve only installed eSIM so it’s ready for turkey but am still in UK?

I am an American in Mexico. I want to send myself cash to pick up in Mexico, but I have a US ID card/passport. When I select Mexico as the receiving destination, I can ONLY enter an ID that includes a Mexican state (ex. I cannot select California from the drop down of the receiver's ID info). What should I do? I can enter my ID with all the correct info except the state listed on my ID...seems risky. I can send money to my American "receiver" identity, but then I assume I will only be able to pick up the money in the US.

July 2024. I bought 💵 a data plan to be used in Peru 🇵🇪, when I arrived in this country I tried to activate the esim following the instructions they gave me but it did not work📵. I contacted the service chat, they told me what else to do but it didn't work either. For three more days I was receiving instructions but the plan never worked👎. Finally I asked them to return the money 💵 but they replied that they did not return it. Fortunately it is a robbery, sorry for a small plan. Don't waste 🗑️ your money💲, don't let yourself be robbed, they scammed me and I wouldn't want it to happen to you. 😩😡
